The highest ranking member of the clan. Makes the final decisions for the clan.

Brigadier General
Promoted by the General Evaluation process.
Senior Officer Ranks

Colonel
Promoted after acquiring 50 points from peers.
Lieutenant Colonel
Promoted after acquiring 35 points from peers.
Major
Promoted after acquiring 25 points from peers.

Captain
Promoted after acquiring 20 points from peers.
First Lieutenant
Promoted after acquiring 18 points from peers.
Second Lieutenant

Promoted after at least 1 week (7 days) in the clan.
