Recruiting

Since last week i bean gaming bw games and i saw some overdosed recruits.50% of all the recruits i see are newbie in bw.And they tell me * im not good at lost temple i play fastest*. if u recruit someone that makes 20sunkens in main or 20cannons or mass bunkers you can see right away what map he normally plays (fastest possible map).In this Clan we dont let people play fastest except on smurf names.And the worste is people that recruit whitout telling basic information to recruit like How to get votes Were get votes.If u dont know how too recruiting then dont recruit at all.
