I have seen many New Trial members being on High DSL due to not logging in. All the Recruiter MUST REMIND the new trial members to log in from the Trial Member section. If they do not log in after you tell them, it means they are not wishing to spend his time with us = No Dedication.
Recruiters must have their valid email address as the rule stated, and always remind your Trial members to log in, then we shouldn't be seeing 10 day DSL.
