New Job for yall generals!

Ok, i took out the Auto-disablement so the members page would load faster.

So, NOW yall generals have to disable them manually.

Recruits = Disabled @ 6 DSL
Enlisted = Disabled @ 7-10 DSL
Warrant Officers = Disabled @ 10 DSL
