Public News CS Tournament (16man 1v1)

On Friday, May 18th, ODCS will be having a CS tournament hosted by Thigus(OD) and asfd(OD). The following information is provided for you.

Please join ventrilo at the following times:
8:00pm Pacific
9:00pm Mountain
10:00pm Central
11:00pm Eastern

Attendence will be taken at these times. The tournament will begin 30 minutes after.

Rules: 1v1 16 man tournament; aim_map rules are first person to 10 wins; regular map rules are 16 rounds (round rotation)

Prizes will include:
1st Place - 1 single rank promotion (disincluding Colonels and above), 1 tournament medal
2nd Place - 1 skill medal

Maps are as follows:
1st Round - aim_map
2nd Round - de_dust2 (A site only)
3rd Round - de_inferno (A site only)
Final Round - final two teams choose map

Please post a reply at http://www.overdosed.net/forums/index.php?showtopic=33364&st=0&gopid=463688&#entry463688 if you are SERIOUSLY going to participate in this tournament. It's a Friday night so there should be few absent. The first 16 members to reply get the spots. The matches will be chosen at random using the same generator that I used last time.

NOTE: IF YOU ARE PARTICIPATING BUT YOU MUST BE LATE, PLEASE POST THAT YOU WILL BE LATE. If you are late and did not notify myself in a reply to the tournament post or in a message on the website, you will not be allowed to participate. It is simply too much of a hassle to deal with incompetence and/or bellyaching.
