Public News Forum stupidity and such

Don't be stupid on the forums. Stupidity being posting were the topic is something else, or getting all of your topics locked/moved/deleted

This results in Posting privlages taken away for ONE week

For a while we had an empty threat of setting your posts to zero, and removing your posting privlages for any given ammount of time. This will not be an empty threat anymore.

Current Members privlages taken away.
