Everyone focuses on the negatives things in life, things they don't want, they don't deserve, but guess what, you asked for it, every single little bad thing that's happened. If you keep thinking "don't want this or why do I have this", it's because you keep putting it out there in your thoughts and eventually it will manifest and become reality. So be positive.

Try it, if you have a long commute to work with a lot of traffic and stop lights, try just in your thoughts imagining the lights all green or waiting just for a moment before they turn green. You'd be surprised at how your thougts manifest and give you what you want.

You can make it work with anything you want but the one thing you can't do is sit around and wait. You'll be sitting for a long time, so make it an effort to be more positive during the day, and take initiative with your life and everything will go your way!
