Public News New Restrictions to Upload System and Forums

Upload System has changed drastically

UPLOADING RULES:
- Allowed extensions: .jpeg .jpg .gif .tga .swf .pcx .png .scm .scx .rep .w3m .w3g .w3x .swf .doc .htm .html .zip
- You are NOT allowed to upload .php .phtml or any scripting files.
- .bmp .psd .exe ARE PROHIBITED
- Limit is 50 KB max on image files (.jpg .jpeg .gif) and 650 KB on all other files.
- To ensure best uploading and no problems please make sure your files does not include spaces.

- Must have OverDosed name in the file name.
- Example: JohnSmith(OD)sig.jpg Failure to listen will result in deletion of file, no questions asked.
- This applies to all files but MAPS

This also affects forums

The maximun any SIG or Avatar on Clan OverDosed forums (hosted on Upload System or remoted hosted) is now 50 KBs.

Now some of you may say "What if we have a picture of ourselfs that is over 50 KBs but the upload system wont allow it"

Well what I have to say to you is shocking, if you are Warrent Officer or higher, on the forums you are allowed to attach images up to 500 KBs.

If I am wrong about that please tell me and I will edit the forums to allow you to do so.

You have one week on the forums if your sig or avatar is over 50 KBs to change it or see it "vanish" from service.
